- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
Instructions
- Prepare the Rice: Cook sushi rice according to package instructions until tender and sticky. Allow it to cool slightly.
- Create Filling: In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, imitation crab meat, and sriracha until well blended.
- Add Fresh Ingredients: Gently fold in chopped green onions into the creamy mixture.
- Assemble: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread sushi rice evenly in a baking dish and layer the crab mixture on top.
- Add Toppings: In a small bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs with mayonnaise and sprinkle over the top of the layered sushi bake.
- Bake: Place in the oven for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown on top.
