- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 (32 oz) bag frozen tater tots
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 cup green beans (fresh or frozen)
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with diced onions until soft; drain excess fat.
- Stir in green beans and cream of mushroom soup until combined and heated through.
- Spread the beef mixture evenly in the baking dish, top with tater tots arranged neatly, then sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
