Instructions
- Gather all ingredients on your counter.

- Add red wine vinegar and honey; blend until well combined.
- Gradually stream in olive oil while blending on low speed until emulsified.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with salt, pepper, more honey or vinegar as needed.
- Transfer to an airtight container; refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
