- 3 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- Fresh parsley (optional), for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the marinade by whisking together olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Slice the tofu into thick steaks and soak them in the marinade for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the marinated tofu steaks for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown with grill marks.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve with your favorite sides.
