- 1 lb large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
 - 4 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
 - 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
 - 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
 - 1 tsp salt
 - 1/2 tsp black pepper
 - 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
 - Fresh cilantro (for garnish)
 
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
 - Place shrimp in a zip-top bag or bowl and pour marinade over them. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
 - Preheat grill to 400°F (200°C) with clean and lightly oiled grates.
 - Thread shrimp onto skewers or place directly on the grill. Grill for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
 - Serve immediately with fresh cilantro sprinkled on top.
