- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, whisk together minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Place the salmon in a baking dish and pour the marinade over it. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
