- Zest of 1 lemon
- ¼ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper

- ½ tsp sea salt

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Pat dry the chicken wings with paper towels.
- In a large bowl, mix olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, black pepper, garlic powder, and salt. Toss wings until well coated.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the wings in a single layer.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through until crispy and golden brown.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with additional lemon zest and black pepper before serving.
