Instructions

- Cover with a damp cloth and let rest for 30 minutes.
- Divide dough into golf ball-sized portions (10-12).
- Flatten each ball into 6-inch circles using a tortilla press or rolling pin.
- Heat a dry skillet over medium-high heat and cook each tortilla for about 30-45 seconds on each side until lightly browned.
