  • 3 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • Fresh berries or fruit toppings as desired

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together eggs and vanilla until frothy; gradually add to dry ingredients and mix gently.
  4. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. While cooling, mix together condensed milk, evaporated milk, and whole milk in a separate bowl.
  6. Poke holes in the warm cake with a skewer or fork and pour the milk mixture evenly over it.
  7. Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form; spread over the soaked cake and decorate with fresh fruit or toppings.
