Instructions
- Prep your ingredients by peeling and dicing the potatoes, chopping the onion, and mincing the garlic.

- Add ground beef to the skillet; cook until browned (about 5-7 minutes).

- Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme; bring to a gentle simmer.
- Cover and reduce heat; let simmer for 20-25 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
