40 SECONDS EGGLESS CHOCOLATE CUPCAKES | HOW TO MAKE EGGLESS CHOCOLATE CUPCAKES IN MICROWAVE

If you're all about quick desserts and indulging cravings, these 40 second Microwave Chocolate Cupcakes are the dessert for you!


All you need to do is make this quick cupcake batter and cook them on the normal heating mode of your microwave. I also made some peanut butter frosting which I piped on top of my cupcakes. YUM!

One important thing to keep in mind is that when you cook all of the cupcakes together in the microwave, it will take upto 60 seconds for them to cook together. But 40 seconds will be enough if you cook them individually

For written recipe-



Ingredients:

6tbsp (90ml) vegetable oil
3/4 cup (150gms) sugar
1/2 cup (142gms) yogurt
3/4 cup (93gms) maida
6tbsp (44gms) cocoa powder
1/2 tsp (2gms) baking powder
1/4 tsp (1.5gms) baking soda
3tbsp (45ml) milk

For the frosting:
1/2 cup (100gms) butter
1/2 cup (120gms) peanut butter
1 1/4 cup (162gms) icing sugar

You can use the same recipe to bake these cupcakes in the oven too! That will take 24-30 minutes
