In this easy cooking video, I cook a beef tri-tip roast on my Weber kettle charcoal grill. This was the best beef tri-tip that I've ever cooked. I seasoned it with Java and Spice BBQ Rub from the Sonoma Spice Queen. The cooking time was an hour and 10 minutes and it was very tender and juicy.
