*EASIEST* EGGLESS CINNAMON ROLL RECIPE | HOW TO MAKE CINNAMON ROLL AT HOME #shorts

Episode 30 of #SmallServeDesserts, a series where I bring to you recipes for people who want to experiment with baking in small batches and want to avoid investing in ingredients in big quantities ❤️✨If you're a fan of the good old cinnamon roll, then these eggless small serve version are going to be an instant hit in your kitchen🥰🤌🏻 Perfectly warm & soft, these delicious treats are happiness guaranteed in every bite and make for the perfect treat to make your week extra special 💁🏻‍♂️✨

Ingredients (Serves - 3 small buns)
✨1 cup all purpose flour
✨1/4 tsp instant yeast
✨1 tbsp sugar
✨1/2 cup milk
✨2 tbsp butter

For the filling
✨3 tbsp butter, softened
✨Cinnamon sugar (6 tbsp sugar + 3 tsp cinnamon powder)

For the glaze
✨1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
✨5 tbsp icing sugar

Method
1. Add flour, yeast and sugar in a bowl and mix well.
2. Make a small well in the centre and pour milk and butter in the centre.
3. Knead it on the counter into a smooth dough for a few minutes till it clears the window pane test and the dough is looking smooth, shiny and non-sticky.
4. Put it back in the bowl and proof for about 1 hour till it’s doubled in size.
5. Punch down the dough and take it out on an lightly floured counter. Roll it into a rectangle shape.
6. Spread the softened butter all over it in an even layer. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar nicely on top of the butter.
7. Carefully roll the dough and make a log. Cut into 3 equal portions and proof again in individual ramekins for 30 mins.
8. Bake in a pre heated oven at 180 degree Celsius for 25-30 mins.
9. Meanwhile, make the glaze by whisking together softened cream cheese and icing sugar till no lumps remain.
10. Spread it in on cinnamon roll immediately after taking out from the oven and enjoy warm.
