OMG! TRYING OUT BLACK GARLIC ICE CREAM...DID I LIKE IT ? #shorts

As much as I enjoy baking classics in my studio, I recently saw this black garlic ice cream recipe by Kriti Kaur Dhiman on the latest season of Master Chef India streaming on Sony LIV and I thought why not give it a shot myself πŸ’πŸ»β€β™‚οΈ What do you think of this unusual ice cream flavour and will you give it a shot? Ingredients:
✨125 grams’ full fat milk
✨60 grams castor sugar
✨14 grams cornflour
✨30 grams milk
✨200 grams fresh cream
✨1 whole black garlic
✨30 grams fresh cream

Method:
1. To make ice cream base - boil 125 grams full fat milk with 60 grams of castor sugar, once it simmers and dissolves , now on a low flame add cornflour slurry (14 grams conflour + 30 grams milk) till the mixture thickens. Make sure the flame is on low and keep dissolving slowly.
2. Now take the mixture off the flame and add 200 grams of fresh cream to it and mix well. Cool this mixture in refrigerator.
3. Now along with this refrigerated mixture add the black garlic infused cream (made by mixing 1 whole bulb of black garlic with 30 grams of warm fresh cream till completely dissolved ) to the ice cream churner and churn for 15-20 mins till the ice cream starts to set.
4. Once completely churned, let it set in the freezer for half an hour .
5. Scoop out the ice cream and it’s ready to enjoy !
