- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional) (21g)
- 1/2 cup ice cubes (120ml)
Instructions
- Peel and slice the ripe bananas.
- In a blender, combine sliced bananas, peanut butter, milk, and honey or maple syrup if using.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add ice cubes and blend again until thick but drinkable.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately, garnishing with chopped nuts or banana slices if desired.
