- 4 medium Russet potatoes (about 8 oz each)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
- Optional toppings: sour cream, chives, shredded cheese, bacon bits
Instructions
- Wash and dry the Russet potatoes thoroughly.
- Poke several holes in each potato with a fork to allow steam to escape.
- Drizzle olive oil over the potatoes and rub it in evenly. Sprinkle salt and pepper on all sides.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
- Cook for 35-40 minutes until fork-tender and crispy, flipping them halfway through.
- Let cool slightly before slicing open and adding your desired toppings.
