- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 cup vegetable oil (for frying)
Instructions
- Marinate chicken in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Remove chicken from buttermilk; allow excess to drip off. Dredge in the seasoned flour until fully coated.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Fry chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Transfer to paper towels to drain excess oil and serve hot.
