Instructions
- Marinate chicken in buttermilk for at least 1 hour to ensure tenderness.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
- Dredge each chicken piece in the seasoned flour mixture, shaking off excess.
- Fry chicken in batches for about 10-12 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Drain on paper towels before serving.
