- 1 ripe avocado, sliced

Instructions
- Prep your station by gathering all ingredients.
- Shred the rotisserie chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- (Optional) Sauté diced onions and bell peppers in a skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
- Warm tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds per side.
- Assemble each taco by adding shredded chicken, fresh veggies, avocado slices, sour cream or yogurt, and salsa.
- Serve immediately with lime wedges on the side.
