Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients: Slice the ribeye against the grain, and chop bell peppers and onions.
- Sauté the vegetables: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions and bell peppers; cook for 5-7 minutes until tender.
- Cook the steak: Increase heat to medium-high. Add ribeye slices along with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Sear for about 3-4 minutes until browned but juicy.
- Add cheese: Sprinkle mozzarella on top of the meat mixture, cover with a lid, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until cheese melts.
- Serve: Spoon onto plates or low-carb wraps and garnish with fresh herbs or toppings like avocado.
