- Fresh or frozen tortellini

Instructions
- Cook tortellini according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear sliced ribeye steak for 3-4 minutes until browned, then remove from skillet.
- Add diced onion and bell peppers to the same skillet; sauté until onions are translucent and peppers soften, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and mix in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and smooth to create the sauce.
- Combine cooked tortellini and seared steak with the sauce, tossing gently to coat.
