- 1 cup egg salad (made with 2 boiled eggs and 2 tbsp mayonnaise)
- 1 cup chicken salad (shredded chicken mixed with mayo and spices)
- 1 cup thinly sliced radishes
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by washing and drying vegetables thoroughly.
- Spread cream cheese generously on one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer chosen fillings onto half of the slices without overfilling.
- Top with another slice of cream-cheese-spread bread and press gently to secure.
- Trim crusts if desired, then cut sandwiches into quarters or triangles.
- Arrange on a platter and serve alongside brewed tea.
