- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled (about 150g)
- 1 medium banana, sliced
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (about 245g)
- 1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (to taste)
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients and wash the strawberries under cold water.
- Remove the green tops from the strawberries and peel the banana, breaking it into chunks.
- In a blender, combine strawberries, banana, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and ice cubes.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately, garnished with extra fruit if desired.
