Pretzel Bun Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups warm water
1 Tbsp Honey
2 tsp salt
1 packet or 2 tsp yeast
22 ounces flour
2 ounces melted butter
Course salt (on top)
Egg Wash:
1 egg yolk
1 Tbsp water
Boiling water:
8 cups water
1/4 cup baking soda
