Because we wanted to find a way to feature fresh, seasonal fruits in one of our desserts, we came up with this stunning fruit tart pastry box. Not only does this edible fruit basket look and taste incredible, it's filled with the perfect combination of a light cheesecake cream, sweet strawberry jam, and an assortment of fresh fruit. Get your vitamins the fun way with this tasty treat!

*Ingredients:*

_For the pastry dough:_

- 2 cups flour
- 1¼ sticks cold butter, cubed
- ¼ cup cold water
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 whisked egg for the egg wash

_For the cheesecake cream:_

- ⅔ cup cream cheese
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- ½ cup heavy cream, whipped

_For the filling:_

- strawberry jelly
