  • 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 2 cups marinara sauce

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Set up a breading station with three shallow bowls: one for flour, another for beaten eggs, and the last for breadcrumbs mixed with grated parmesan.
  4. Dip each chicken breast in flour, then egg, and finally coat thoroughly with the breadcrumb mixture.
