- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup whole milk (or almond milk)
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp melted butter (plus extra for cooking)
Instructions
- Feed your sourdough starter at least 4-6 hours prior to cooking until bubbly.
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs, then mix in milk and melted butter until smooth.
- Gently combine wet and dry ingredients; stir until just mixed—lumps are fine!
- Heat skillet to medium, grease lightly, and pour about 1/4 cup batter per pancake.
- Cook until bubbles form (2-3 minutes), then flip and cook until golden brown (1-2 minutes).
