INGREDIENTS:
4 (16-ounce) Certified Angus Beef ® T-bone steaks
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 shallot, diced (about 1/4 cup)
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 cup water
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
1/3 cup sherry vinegar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons tamarind paste
1/2 cup seeded and roughly chopped Medjool dates
