- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup whipped cream (for topping)
- Cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, and sugar in a bowl.
- In another bowl, beat eggs until pale and fluffy, about 5 minutes.
- Gradually mix in whole milk with the beaten eggs, then combine with dry ingredients.
- Pour the batter into the prepared dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- While the cake bakes, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and remaining whole milk.
- Once baked, poke holes all over the cake with a fork and pour the milk mixture over it.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
- Before serving, top with whipped cream and optional cinnamon.
