Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup whipped cream (for topping)
  • Cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Whisk together flour, baking powder, and sugar in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl, beat eggs until pale and fluffy, about 5 minutes.
  4. Gradually mix in whole milk with the beaten eggs, then combine with dry ingredients.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. While the cake bakes, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and remaining whole milk.
  7. Once baked, poke holes all over the cake with a fork and pour the milk mixture over it.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
  9. Before serving, top with whipped cream and optional cinnamon.
