- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)

- 1 box (14 oz) graham crackers
- 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
- In another bowl, blend the softened cream cheese until smooth, then fold in the whipped cream mixture until fluffy.
- Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with graham crackers.
- Spread half of the cream mixture over the crackers and add half of the berries.
- Repeat layering with remaining ingredients: graham crackers, cream mixture, and berries.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Slice and serve chilled.
