- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a baking dish with nonstick spray or olive oil.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, dried oregano, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Mix well.
- Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
- Arrange the chicken in the prepared baking dish with space between each piece.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let chicken rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
