Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.
- In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Mix in the softened butter and sugar until creamy.
- Stir in the eggs and vanilla extract until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour and baking soda, then gradually fold into the banana mixture until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
