Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Wash the blackberries gently and pat dry.
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and sugar until combined.
- Add milk and melted butter; stir until just mixed.
- Spread blackberries in a greased baking dish, then drop spoonfuls of batter over them.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and bubbling around the edges.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
