Instructions
- Prepare your bread machine according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- In a bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- In another bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Create a well in the dry ingredients and add mashed bananas, oil, eggs, and vanilla. Stir gently until just combined.
- Fold in any optional add-ins like nuts or chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the greased pan of your bread machine and set it to the 'quick bread' setting (about 70 minutes).
- Allow cooling slightly before slicing; enjoy warm or toasted!
