- 8 oz penne or rotini pasta
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup buffalo sauce (or to taste)
- ½ tsp freshly cracked black pepper
- Fresh parsley (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Cook the pasta: Boil salted water in a large pot and cook the pasta until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- 2. Sauté the garlic: In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 1-2 minutes).
- 3. Create the sauce: Gradually add heavy cream while stirring; let it simmer for 3-5 minutes until thickened.
- 4. Add cheese & seasoning: Stir in Parmesan cheese and buffalo sauce until melted and well combined.
- 5. Toss & serve: Add cooked pasta to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly. Garnish with black pepper and parsley if desired.
