Instructions
- Wash and dry the romaine lettuce thoroughly, then tear it into bite-sized pieces.
- In a small bowl, whisk together minced garlic, lemon juice, and Caesar dressing until well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Just before serving, toss the romaine lettuce with the dressing mixture using tongs until evenly coated.
- Add croutons for crunch right before plating to maintain their texture.
- Serve topped with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and cracked black pepper.
