Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually incorporate this into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Fold in the crushed sandwich cookies and chocolate chips gently to avoid breaking them too much.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto parchment-lined baking sheets and bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden and centers are soft.
