- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Stir in the drained corn and shredded cheddar until well mixed.
- Add salt, pepper, chili powder, and garlic powder; mix thoroughly.
- Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish. Top with additional cheddar if desired.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with chopped green onions.
