- 4 slices of sliced bread (any style)
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
- 3 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley (finely chopped)
- Salt (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the softened butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley until well combined.
- Generously spread the garlic mixture onto each slice of bread.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper over the top of each slice.
- Arrange the slices on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm with extra parsley sprinkled on top.
