- 1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 5 oz goat cheese, crumbled
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup fresh vegetables (bell peppers, onions, spinach)
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about 12 inches in diameter.
- Brush a light layer of olive oil over the rolled-out dough.
- Scatter fresh vegetables evenly over the dough.
- Crumble goat cheese generously on top of the vegetables.
- Season with dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Bake on a preheated baking stone or sheet for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and crispy.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving warm.
