Instructions
- 1. Prep the Chicken: Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
- 2. Create the Marinade: In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger until well combined.
- 3. Marinate the Chicken: Toss chicken pieces in the marinade and let soak for at least 30 minutes (refrigerate if prepping ahead).
- 4. Cook the Chicken: Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add marinated chicken and cook until golden brown, about 6-8 minutes.
- 5. Add Extra Flavor: Pour remaining marinade into the pan and cook until thickened.
- 6. Garnish and Serve: Plate the honey chicken, sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve hot alongside rice or noodles.
