- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 2 green onions, finely chopped (for garnish)
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine minced garlic, honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, and sesame oil. Whisk until well blended.
- Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and toss until fully coated. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the marinated chicken bites. Cook for about 6-8 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
