Instructions

  2. Knead on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  3. Fold in the cheddar cheese and diced jalapeños evenly throughout the dough.
  4. Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise for 4-6 hours until doubled in size.
  5. Shape the dough into a round loaf on a floured surface and allow it to rest while preheating your oven to 450°F.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature reaches around 200°F.
