- 1 lb smoked kielbasa, sliced
- 1 cup red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup yellow bell pepper, chopped
- 1 medium sweet onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Italian herbs
Instructions
- Slice the kielbasa into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onions and sauté until translucent.
- Stir in garlic and bell peppers; cook until softened.
- Add the kielbasa slices and cook until golden brown.
- Season with paprika, black pepper, and Italian herbs; stir well and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve hot, either alone or alongside rice or in sandwiches.
