- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly coat a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Rinse and pat dry the chicken breasts.
- In a bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Dip each chicken breast in olive oil, then roll them in the breadcrumb mixture until fully coated.
- Place the coated chicken in the baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
