Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine sweet corn, cream cheese, Mexican cheese blend, lime juice, chili powder, cilantro, and green onions until creamy.
- Transfer the mixture into an oiled baking dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle panko breadcrumbs on top for added crunch.
