Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and sugar until well combined.
- Create a well in the center and add the milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract. Stir gently until just combined; lumps are okay.
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
- Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on top (about 2-3 minutes).
- Flip and cook until golden brown on both sides (another 1-2 minutes).
