  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ground nutmeg
  • ½ cup milk
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss sliced peaches with half the sugar (½ cup), cinnamon, and nutmeg; set aside.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, remaining sugar (½ cup), baking powder, and salt. Add melted butter and milk; mix until just combined.
