Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a round cake pan and sprinkle brown sugar evenly on the bottom.
- Arrange drained pineapple slices and cherries over the brown sugar.
- In a bowl, mix yellow cake mix, melted butter, eggs, and water until smooth.
- Pour the batter evenly over the arranged fruits.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown; check doneness with a toothpick.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before flipping onto a serving plate.
