- 6 cups Rice Cereal
- 10 oz Mini Marshmallows
- 3 tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Pinch of Salt
Instructions
- In a large saucepan over low heat, melt the butter until bubbly. Add the mini marshmallows and stir until completely melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and mix in vanilla extract and salt.
- Gradually fold in the Rice Cereal until well coated.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish and press evenly using damp hands or a spatula.
- Allow to cool for about 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
